Drop your Spotify data export here

The .zip exactly as Spotify emails it to you, or any of the .json files inside it.

Works with both packages: “Account data” (last year) and “Extended streaming history” (lifetime).
No export yet? Meet the sample listeners. Five years of generated history each:
How to get your file from Spotify (one time, then you own your data)
  1. Open spotify.com/account/privacy in any browser and sign in. From the Spotify app: tap your profile picture, then Settings and privacy, then Account, then Privacy settings; it opens the same page.
  2. Scroll to Download your data and tick what you want. Extended streaming history is the good one: your whole account lifetime, every play. Account data only covers the last year but arrives faster.
  3. Tap Request data, then confirm in the email Spotify sends you right away.
  4. Wait for the “your data is ready” email (about 5 days for Account data, up to 30 for Extended). Download my_spotify_data.zip from the link. On iPhone it lands in the Files app, in Downloads.
  5. Come back here, tap Choose file above, and pick that zip. No unzipping, no uploading; it is read on your device.
